AI Project Manager Lead

This is a pivotal leadership position that involves overseeing multiple high-impact artificial intelligence projects for global aviation clients.
Main Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and deliver end-to-end AI/ML projects within the aviation sector.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with client requirements and company goals.
- Mange multi-disciplinary teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with domain experts to guarantee solutions meet industry safety standards.
- Oversight of resource allocation, risk management, change control, and budgeting for all projects.
- Serve as primary client contact and provide regular updates.
- Drive agile project management practices and team motivation.
- At least 10 years of experience in project/program management with AI/ML or data-driven software projects.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technology programs.
- Strong understanding of the AI/ML development lifecycle and data pipelines.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting for large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with aviation-specific AI applications such as predictive maintenance.
- Knowledge of computer vision and NLP deployments.
Please note that this role requires a strong understanding of the aviation industry and its processes, as well as regulatory compliance frameworks. This includes ensuring solutions are compliant with industry regulations and best practices.
