About the Role:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive results. Conduct A/B testing to improve CTR, CPC, and ROI. Manage budgets, analyze conversion rates, and optimize ad performance. Implement advanced audience targeting, keyword research, and bid strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop ad creatives, landing pages, and retargeting campaigns.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in media buying & paid advertising.
- Strong skills in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Expertise in performance tracking, Google Analytics, and bid management.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on lead generation & ROAS.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
