Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement high-performing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and Display Networks.
  • Budgeting & Performance Optimization: Manage and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI & ROAS.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and provide actionable insights.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Coordinate with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated with latest trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and remarketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing automation and CRM workflows.
  • Experience in Google Analytics, GA4, UTM tracking, and attribution modeling.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in B2B/B2C marketing, SAAS, Real estate, or e-commerce preferred.
