Job Description:

NNIIT is seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our digital presence and boost brand awareness across all social channels.

This role involves designing, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, generate leads, and support overall business objectives.

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company's marketing goals. Set specific targets (e.g., engagement, leads, conversions) and monitor ROI.
  • Content Creation & Management: Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc. Oversee editorial calendars and ensure all content maintains brand consistency.
  • Campaign Execution & Advertising: Plan and manage both organic and paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking. Optimize campaigns based on analytics and market trends.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social to track campaign performance. Prepare reports and offer actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Community Engagement & Reputation Management: Monitor social channels for customer feedback and inquiries, responding promptly and professionally. Engage with influencers and brand advocates to enhance community growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, PR, customer service, and design teams to ensure integrated messaging and cohesive campaign execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist who possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2–5+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing is required. Proven track record of executing successful social media campaigns is essential.

  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creative copywriting and visual storytelling.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
