Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Incident Manager to oversee the resolution of service disruptions. As an incident management expert, you will play a critical role in maintaining business continuity and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage and coordinate incident responses to minimize downtime and ensure minimal impact on business operations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and suppliers to analyze incident trends and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive documentation to support incident management efforts.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration and experience with service management tools and ticketing systems.
  • Strong understanding of incident management frameworks and methodologies, including ITIL best practices.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with ability to create detailed documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration or related field.
