Job Opportunity

Talent Acquisition Professionals are required to join our team as a key member of the hiring process.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact between offshore teams and hiring managers throughout the candidate selection process, coordinating interviews, facilitating candidate assessments and skills testing, obtaining offer approvals, and managing related documentation. They will also lead and monitor the interview scheduling process, maintain accurate candidate information, support onboarding, ensure consistent communication with stakeholders, and collaborate with extended talent acquisition and HR teams to meet hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the hiring process and serve as the primary point of contact between offshore teams and hiring managers.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of recruitment tasks.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional internal client service, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with extended talent acquisition and HR teams to drive business results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and committed to delivering excellent internal client service.
  • Proficient in HR technology tools and systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in team-oriented environments.
