Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Technical Support Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 9 to 11 years of experience in the field of software and hardware infrastructure implementation and support, as well as a BE (IT/Computers) or MCA degree.

The role involves identifying hardware and software requirements related to product implementation, keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in hardware and software infrastructure, and designing highly available product deployment architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Implement Infrastructure Solutions: Identify hardware and software requirements related to product implementation and design highly available product deployment architectures.
  2. Stay Up-To-Date With Industry Trends: Keep yourself updated with the latest trends in hardware and software infrastructure.
  3. Design Network Security: Design network security as per customer requirements.
  4. Monitor and Maintain Systems: Design and deploy hardware, software, and application monitoring tools and use automation for deployments and system upgrades.
  5. Provide Technical Support: Diagnose customer-reported problems or configuration issues and recommend possible solutions within agreed service-level agreements.
  6. Evaluate New Technologies: Evaluate new technologies and identify opportunities for implementation.
  7. Communication and Collaboration: Provide technical reviews of user documentation, product requirements documents, product videos, and other functional specifications. Assist with knowledge-sharing initiatives, product release training, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 9 to 11 years of experience in software and hardware infrastructure implementation and support
  • BE (IT/Computers) or MCA degree
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Work Environment:

This is a remote work opportunity that requires travel to onsite locations within India and internationally.
