Description of Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships across the zone, identifying and onboarding new partners, promoting company capabilities, and enhancing market penetration. They will achieve zonal targets through partner channels and optimize partnership performance. Additionally, they will develop business plans aligned with national strategy, maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in partner organizations, resolve escalations, collaborate with product teams to tailor offerings for partners, provide market intelligence to influence product strategy, lead and mentor a team of alliance managers and business development executives, and ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations.
