About the Role

We are seeking an expert in plant maintenance to join our team. As a SAP PM expert, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of our Asset Reliability Management Program (ARMP) solution using a project management approach.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes and experience in managing maintenance plans, unplanned maintenance, and corrective, preventive, predictive, and improvement maintenance.

You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the implementation of ARMP solution using a project management approach
  • Be responsible for the success of transformation steps of projects in charge
  • Contribute to the strategy of the PM Domain and participate in the 5-year plan including architecture concepts
  • Manage run and maintain activity
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • BE / BTech/ Any Master's Degree
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience/knowledge of the general industry or steel market/products/production process is an advantage
  • SAP customizing in SAP PM module
  • ABAP skills are a plus (Debugging)
  • Deep Business processes knowledge of the Plant Maintenance activity
