Electrical and Instrumentation Leader

  • Maintain and optimize machine panels, drive systems, SCADA, and automation controls to achieve peak performance.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues in machine panels, drive systems, SCADA, PLCs, and automation controls utilizing strong analytical skills.
  • Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
  • Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure seamless plant operations and optimal productivity.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, breakdown analysis, and equipment history.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements in all electrical and instrumentation work.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes and systems.
  • Train and develop maintenance team members on new technologies and best practices.
  • Utilize exceptional leadership, communication, and team management abilities to lead the maintenance team to success.
