Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance and utilities management in large dairy, food, or pharma plants.

The selected individual will be responsible for managing a team, preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets, setting and improving energy standards, and identifying cost-saving ideas.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, losses, and complaint reduction, specific energy consumption, and production lines overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) improvement will also be executed by the successful candidate.

A bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation) is required. Professional certifications such as Energy Manager, Boiler Engineer, TPM Facilitator, and Six Sigma would be an added advantage.

  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with government agencies are essential.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) application is desirable.
