**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**

  • Lead root cause analysis investigations to identify underlying issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Implement lean principles to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential improvements and support the efficient operation of equipment.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze performance data.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of lean principles and ability to apply them to drive business outcomes.
