Job Title: Associate Scientist

This role involves performing upstream activities, including assembly and preparation of samples for batch harvest and process control.

About the Position

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for conducting critical tasks that ensure the quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assigned trainings in a timely manner and comply with training procedures.
  • Attend all mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures.
  • Participate in and support trainings on procedures, protocols, and On-the-Job activities.
  • Report nonconformities and deviations to respective supervisors or line managers.
  • Participate in and support investigations, CAPA, and change controls.
Requirements
  • M.Sc. / M.Tech degree with 1-3 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with downstream technology transfer, scale-up, process performance qualification (PPQ), technical deviation investigation, process trouble shooting, and technical report writing.
