We're Hiring: Lead Data Scientist (ML, GenAI, Agentic AI) – Immediate Joiners Preferred

Are you passionate about building cutting-edge AI solutions that make real impact? We're looking for a Lead Data Scientist with hands-on expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Autonomous Agentic Systems to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end development of ML/DL models – from data wrangling to cloud deployment.
  • Work on Computer Vision, NLP, and Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, Transformers, etc.).
  • Build agentic AI systems for real-world autonomous decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business outcomes.
  • Implement robust MLOps pipelines (preferably on Azure).
  • Mentor junior data scientists and drive knowledge sharing across the org.

Tech Stack & Skills:

  • Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, scikit-learn
  • GenAI: LLMs, VAEs, GANs, Transformers
  • Azure AI: Azure ML, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI
  • MLOps: CI/CD, versioning, model registry, monitoring
  • Strong foundation in ML & deep learning, with proven project delivery experience

Who We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years in ML/Data Science/AI with 3+ real-time project deliveries
  • Proven experience as a team leader
  • Immediate joiner preferred

Location: Bangalore

Notice Period: Immediate preferred

Work Mode: On-site (6 months) → Hybrid

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in a tech discipline
