We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Data Scientist to spearhead our data science initiatives and lead a team of talented data professionals.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and statistical modeling, along with proven leadership skills to deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions.

You will be responsible for driving the strategic vision for AI/ML adoption, mentoring data scientists, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable Responsibilities & Strategy :

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists and ML engineers.

- Define the roadmap and strategy for AI/ML initiatives aligned with business goals.

- Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies, frameworks, and research in data Analytics & Modeling :

- Architect and design scalable ML/DL solutions for NLP, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.

- Oversee development of transformer-based LLMs, generative AI, and advanced statistical models.

- Ensure model interpretability, fairness, and compliance with data ethics & & Business Impact :

- Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define problem statements and measurable outcomes.

- Translate data science outputs into strategic insights for executives and clients.

- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure robust data pipelines and quality & Deployment :

- Implement best practices in MLOps for model versioning, monitoring, retraining, and CI/CD.

- Deploy and scale models on cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML).

- Ensure reliability, reproducibility, and performance optimization of production AI Leadership & Innovation :

- Stay ahead of industry trends and publish findings, whitepapers, or contribute to open-source projects.

- Evangelize data-driven culture across the organization.

- Represent the company in AI/ML forums, conferences, and Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and applied mathematics.

- Expertise in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).

- Proven experience in NLP, Deep Learning, Transformers/LLMs.

- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Plotly).

- Exposure to Big Data ecosystems (Spark, Hadoop) and distributed computing.

- Proficiency with MLOps workflows & cloud AI services (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication to Have :

- Experience with Generative AI and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).

- Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning (RLHF, Bandits, etc.).

- Background in domain-specific AI applications (healthcare, finance, retail, etc.).

- Strong publication record or patents in AI/ML.
