Job Title: Ariba Upstream Solutions Expert

At the heart of our organization lies a commitment to excellence in sourcing and contracts, driving seamless end-to-end implementations with SAP Ariba Upstream. We are seeking an experienced professional who can lead and deliver these projects with expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end SAP Ariba Upstream implementations (Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, SIPM) ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Conduct workshops for requirement gathering, solution design, and configuration to meet client needs effectively.
  • Provide consulting services for integration with SAP ERP (S/4HANA, ECC) and third-party systems, focusing on best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define processes, workflows, and industry benchmarks.
  • Manage project delivery, testing, training, and post-go-live support, maintaining strict adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support mid-market client engagements, promoting knowledge sharing and growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6- 8 years of experience in SAP Ariba Consulting, with a strong focus on Upstream modules and ability to drive business value through efficient sourcing and contracts management.
  • Minimum 4 E2E implementations in SAP Ariba Upstream, demonstrating expertise in Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes and integration approaches between Ariba and SAP ERP systems.
  • Solid understanding of procurement lifecycle management, supply chain optimization, and innovation in e-procurement strategies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage complex projects.
