multiple E2E implementations
in both Upstream and Downstream modules.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
with strong expertise in
SAP Ariba Upstream and Downstream implementations
, including
supply chain management integrations
. The role requires hands-on project leadership, client engagement, and delivery of large-scale SAP Ariba programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver
    end-to-end SAP Ariba projects
    (Upstream – Sourcing, Contracts, SLP; Downstream – P2P, Invoicing).
  • Oversee
    project planning, scope definition, timelines, and resource allocation
    .
  • Lead
    integration projects
    between Ariba and SAP ERP (S/4HANA, ECC) as well as third-party supply chain systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to
    translate requirements into functional and technical solutions
    .
  • Manage cross-functional teams (consultants, developers, business analysts) to ensure quality delivery.
  • Conduct
    status reviews, risk management, and issue resolution
    .
  • Ensure compliance with
    project governance, quality standards, and delivery methodologies
    .
  • Act as the primary
    point of contact
    for clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Support
    change management, training, and knowledge transfer
    post-go-live.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10–15 years of IT/ERP experience with at least
    5+ years in SAP Ariba project management
    .
  • Strong track record of
    E2E SAP Ariba implementations
    (Upstream & Downstream).
  • Experience with
    supply chain management processes and integrations
    .
  • Expertise in
    SAP Ariba–SAP ERP integration
    (CIG, PI/PO, APIs, middleware).
  • Proven ability to manage
    large, complex projects and distributed teams
    .
  • Excellent
    stakeholder management, communication, and leadership
    skills.
  • PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications preferred.
