Job Overview

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Manager in the Emerging Markets division. This role will involve overseeing the servicing of orders for regional Sales Teams, ensuring timely issue resolution and validation of demand over the horizon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the Servicing of orders for regional Sales Teams in a defined customer service framework.
  • Validating demand over the horizon, prioritizing demand/orders/customers based on parameters.
  • Ensuring demand validation with POs, LCs, Regulatory clearances, Artwork Details, SKU codes, and other customer-specific requirements.
  • Analyzing order status in systems, gathering information on scheduling, material receipt, and dispatch schedules.
  • HIGHLIGHTING potential issues affecting timelines.
  • Taking end-to-end ownership of assigned orders for regions.
  • Driving documentation related to shipments with CFT teams.
  • Mitigating risks and delays proactively to avoid demurrage/penalties.
  • Attending meetings to gather data and information on open orders and their status updates.
  • Resolving issues such as artwork approval, batch size, minimum order quantity, etc., with sales teams.
  • Arranging cross-functional meetings to resolve priority orders' bottlenecks for OTIF compliance.
  • Gathering feedback from stakeholders on timely issue resolution.
  • Identifying outstanding/open orders for priority customers.
  • Analyzing issues requiring immediate escalations to cross-functional teams.
  • Prioritizing orders/customers based on defined parameters.
  • Engaging key stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Providing detailed analysis to the Head of Emerging Market SCM for meeting discussions.

Supply Chain Technology and Automation:

  • Identifying opportunities for IT & Automation in Order Management processes, improving Supply Chain visibility.
  • Implementing and rolling out IT & Technology Automations within SCM jointly with IT.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Reporting (VBA Macros, Power BI).
  • Good understanding of Supply Chain essential, preferably Pharma experience.
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
  • SAP Knowledge Essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Decision making, ability to prioritize dynamically.
  • Negotiation skills / Conflict resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding and working around constraints.
  • Plant PPIC concepts clarity, prior experience essential.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
