We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead the launch management function, ensuring seamless product introductions across various portfolio segments. As Head of New Product Launch Management, you will lead a team of planners and launch managers, driving excellence in launch management and achieving successful execution.
The role requires close collaboration with regional leaders, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely adherence to NPL milestones and deliver accurate data on NPL timelines and replenishment plans.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with regional leaders to develop and implement effective launch strategies.
- Drive launch planning, sourcing coordination, and project management to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Collaborate with regional heads to deliver integrated launch plans and facilitate alignment among corporate functions.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication of launch status.
- Manage NPL calendars, optimize governance processes, and provide insights on customer preferences and product potential.
Requirements:

- Master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
- 20+ years of experience in planning, NPL, or a related role in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
- Deep knowledge of planning, product development, regulatory processes, and launch management.
