Product Management Professional

This is a role responsible for the overall success of product lines, including SINOVA Contactors and Overload Relays. It involves developing business plans, product roadmaps, and ensuring market readiness through new product introductions and product lifecycle management.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement business plans to highlight competitive landscapes and customer needs in target markets.
  • Define development targets for new products and run cost optimization projects.
  • Create sales support tools such as presentations, winning guides, and catalogues.
  • Maintain technical and commercial databases for existing and upcoming products.
  • Enhance knowledge of Sales and Service colleagues through training programs.
Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for Sales, Margins & Profitability of SINOVA Contactors / Overload Relays and MPCB.
  2. Product roadmap development / management.
  3. Launching new products.
  4. Product positioning in terms of price and performance.
  5. General product lifecycle management from inception to obsolescence.
  6. Identify product gaps and strategize to introduce new products and manage cannibalization.
  7. Align product positioning and product benchmarking for the target markets.
  8. Communicate with industry experts, partners, consultants etc., in the target regions to develop focus marketing activities for product push.

Requirements
