Global Performance Strategist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated professional to join our organization's Global Talent, Reward and Culture Team in the People Function. As a senior member of this team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our global performance management strategies.

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead impactful projects and collaborate with professionals across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing global policies and systems, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and effectively collaborating with stakeholders at all levels in a global setting.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong analytical mind, excellent project management skills, and exceptional communication and consultative skills. You should also be fluent in English (verbal and written) and have a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
