About Growth Marketing Roles

We are looking for a professional with hands-on experience in launching and scaling SaaS/fintech products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing go-to-market strategies, driving traction through various channels, and building partnerships that move the needle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive growth plans for fintech SaaS product launches.
  • Shape positioning and messaging to resonate with early adopters, founders, and finance leaders.
  • Drive engagement and conversions through Reddit, Twitter (X), Discord groups, startup forums, affiliate networks, and fintech communities.
  • Launch targeted campaigns in micro-communities like IndieHackers, HackerNews, fintech subreddits, AngelList forums, and SaaS/affiliate networks.
  • Set up and scale referral programs to incentivize early adoption.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with accelerators, fintech incubators, affiliate marketers, and B2B SaaS tool ecosystems.
  • Leverage co-marketing opportunities with complementary startups and service providers.
  • Design and execute tactical growth experiments, such as landing page funnels and incentive programs.
  • Rapidly test acquisition channels and optimize conversion across activation, retention, and referral.
