Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving the ongoing implementation and support of network connectivity establishments on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Your primary responsibility will be to provide solutions that meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, and design and deployment.
  • Explore alternatives to recommended solutions based on research, literature surveys, and information available in public domains.
  • Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) and create requirement specifications from business needs.
  • Define to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
  • Support configuring solution requirements on products, understand issues, diagnose root-causes, seek clarifications, and identify shortlisted solution alternatives.
  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality value-adding solutions to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Subject Matter Expertise with implementation experience in OCI.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and map them to proposed solutions enhancements.
  • Proven experience assessing client's Oracle workloads and technology landscape for OCI suitability.
  • Implementation, monitoring, and maintenance experience of Oracle Cloud solutions, including major services related to Compute, Storage, Networking, Database, and Security.
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Architect certification.
  • Strong onsite-offshore communication and work management skills.
