Job Description:

A key member of the team will be required to manage absence, lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud modules and provide expert-level support for these solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing complex projects and implementing technology solutions that enhance business processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for managing employee absence and ensuring business continuity
  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
Requirements:
  • Experience working with Oracle Cloud solutions, specifically HCM modules
  • Proven track record of leading project implementations and achieving results-driven outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
