We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Professional to join our team at Peoplemint Consultants in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives. This includes creating engaging content, building brand awareness, and driving user engagement across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy:
    • Develop a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand's social media presence is innovative and competitive.
  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Create compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms.
    • Manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule that aligns with marketing campaigns and promotions.
    • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and written content.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Foster and maintain a strong online community through active engagement and interaction with followers.
    • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions, showcasing excellent customer service.
  • Social Media Advertising:
    • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Regularly track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and KPIs.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to enhance social media strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience 3-5 years as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.

Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Salary: ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 per annum.
