Patient Care Services Director

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our patient care services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Development: Create and implement standardized processes for Front Office, Admission, and Discharge operations to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manpower Planning: Develop effective manpower planning strategies to optimize deployment across all patient care areas.
  • Growth Strategy: Plan and coordinate the future expansion and growth of the department to meet increasing demands.
  • Collaboration: Foster close collaboration with clinical, diagnostic, and treatment teams to deliver a seamless patient experience.
  • Operations Oversight: Supervise front office operations and staffing on a daily basis to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Training Programs: Design, conduct, and coordinate training programs to upskill and engage the team in delivering exceptional patient experiences.
  • Departmental Operations: Oversee departmental operations, including staffing levels, process evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Efficiency Analysis: Analyze and document operating procedures to identify opportunities and develop solutions for enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: A Master's/Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field is required.
  • Operational Expertise: Strong experience in managing both Outpatient and Inpatient services is essential.
  • Leadership & People Management: Proven ability to lead large teams and drive training & development initiatives is crucial.
  • Patient-Centric Approach: A deep commitment to delivering seamless, efficient, and high-quality patient experiences is necessary.
  • Strategic & Collaborative Mindset: Ability to plan for department growth, implement process improvements, and coordinate effectively with clinical, diagnostic, and support teams is vital.
