Head of Nursing Role Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Nursing to lead our dynamic nursing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and supervision of a team of nurses, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and efficient department operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (essential).
  • Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in India.
  • Experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in a hospital or health center setting.
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records systems.
