Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Operations Lead to oversee the success of our global clinical trials. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of clinical professionals and ensuring that all projects meet their recruitment targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the clinical research industry and experience in managing clinical risks throughout a project's lifecycle. You will also be responsible for ensuring clinical quality delivery by identifying quality standards/requirements, planning how compliance will be measured, monitoring and overseeing management of clinical quality issues.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet project targets;
  • Contribute to the development of project risk mitigation plans and manage clinical risks throughout the project's lifecycle;
  • Ensure clinical quality delivery by identifying quality standards/requirements and implementing measures to maintain compliance;
  • Manage clinical aspects of project finances, including Estimate at Completion (EAC) and identify additional service opportunities or out-of-scope work;
  • Identify and manage clinical stakeholder landscapes for projects and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to support milestone achievements and report to internal and external stakeholders as per project scope requirements;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of clinical research/monitoring experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience;
  • Unblinded monitoring experience is preferred;
  • A good understanding of the Clinical Research industry and relevant environments;
  • Basic understanding of project finances.
