Director of Clinical Research Operations

Our organization is seeking a skilled Senior Clinical Research Director to oversee the management and execution of clinical trials and research studies. This individual will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving projects from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical trial management, with experience in planning, initiating, and managing research projects. A proven track record of success in team leadership, project management, and regulatory compliance is essential.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage clinical trials and research studies, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Develop and implement effective project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory documentation, including Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications and clinical trial applications.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or a related field.
- 8-18 years of experience in clinical research, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong project management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in clinical research software and data management systems.
- Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) or Clinical Research Associate (CRA) certification preferred.
