Marketing Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
  • Create compelling ad copy, visual briefings, and video scripts to enhance engagement and conversion.
  • Analyze campaign data and performance reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and new opportunities.
  • Leverage AI tools for campaign scaling, ad personalization, audience targeting, and copy creation.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce and lead generation environments.
  • Proven expertise in managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical and interpretation skills to track key metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rates.
  • Familiarity with marketing AI tools for campaign automation and scaling.
