Marketing Executive Position

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid marketing strategies on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google.

You will collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand, performance-driven, and ROI-focused.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Planning: Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Keyword Research and Audience Targeting: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
  • Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with ME's brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Campaign Reporting and Analysis: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other performance tools.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads (preferably for D2C/e-commerce brands).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Understanding of E-commerce Funnel: Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Creative Mindset: Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
