Digital Marketing Expert Wanted

We're seeking a skilled digital marketing expert to join our team. As a leading agency, we help D2C brands grow through innovative solutions.

About the Role

We need someone with excellent digital marketing skills and creative thinking to manage high-performing ads. This role involves creating, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various channels to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for Meta Ads & Google ads.
  • Create new campaign ideas and share them with the team.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop best-in-class marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with team leads to create and drive strategies with prioritized initiatives.
  • Track and measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Drive and track key performance indicators (KPIs) like revenue, conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per install (CPI), etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with online marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience running Google and Facebook ads extensively.
  • Managed marketing budgets of 30 lakhs or more.
  • At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Experience running ads on lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based audiences.
