Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

About This Role:

As a digital marketing strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our YouTube ad campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing these campaigns to generate high-quality B2B leads.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement audience research and targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop engaging video ads, scripts, and funnels that resonate with our target audience.
  • Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, and ensure ROI-positive results.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports to clients and leadership, providing actionable insights to inform future strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube Ads trends and best practices, continuously innovating and improving our approach.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in running successful YouTube Ads campaigns.
  • A proven track record of generating qualified B2B leads through paid video advertising.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, YouTube Ads Manager, and tracking & analytics tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of audience targeting, funnel creation, and retargeting strategies.
  • Creative thinking and writing skills to develop compelling scripts and optimize creatives.
  • Data-driven decision-making, leveraging metrics to inform strategy rather than guesswork.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within remote teams.
