Job Overview

We are looking for a Digital Performance Marketer to lead paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, , and other platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and provide weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for better targeting.
  • Creative Development: Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously run A/B testing for creatives, copies, and targeting strategies.
  • Campaign Budgeting: Manage campaign budgets, forecast spends, and ensure high ROI delivery.
  • Digital Marketing Trends: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and ad platform updates.

Required Skills

  • Google Ads Expertise: Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and Ads.
  • Campaign Optimization: Proficiency in campaign optimization and conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel setup).
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • SEO Basics: Knowledge of SEO basics to align paid and organic strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Marketer: Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Agency Experience: Experience in agency environments with multi-client campaign management.
  • Programmatic Ads: Familiarity with programmatic ads and marketing automation tools.
