Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our paid marketing efforts across platforms. The ideal candidate will own and drive all digital marketing initiatives, responsible for strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive conversion rate optimization and campaign impact.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- 6–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a fast-growing D2C brand.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale ad spends across multiple platforms.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, with strong technical know-how in campaign setup, attribution, and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and performance dashboards.
