Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven digital marketing specialist to lead high-budget paid advertising campaigns targeting Asian markets. You will have full ownership of strategy and execution, working directly with executive leadership to scale our online business education platform.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Google Ads Manager to join our team and take charge of developing and executing high-performing ad campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.   • Develop and execute high-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max
  • Optimize campaigns for multiple Asian markets with a data-driven, localized approach
  • Run continuous testing, analysis, and refinements to maximize ROI
  • Build and manage conversion funnels that align with business goals

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of tracking (GA4, GTM), bidding strategies, and audience segmentation
  • Proven success with high-budget campaigns ($100K+/month)
  • Self-starter with a performance-oriented mindset
