Job Title Digital Marketing Specialist Location GANESH CARS PVT LTD Reports To Marketing Manager Director Job Type Full-time Department Marketing About Us Ganesh cars pvt ltd is a leading Auto mobile dealership with Maruti Suzuki company past 27 years dedicated to providing innovative products and services We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team This role will involve strategizing and executing digital campaigns that drive engagement lead generation and ultimately help grow our brand presence online Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy Development Develop implement and manage digital marketing strategies that align with the company s overall goals focusing on increasing brand awareness lead generation and customer retention Campaign Management Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO SEM Google Ads Social Media Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter etc email marketing and display advertising Content Creation Optimization Collaborate with the content team to create compelling engaging content blogs social media posts email templates etc Optimize content for SEO to increase organic reach and engagement Analytics Reporting Monitor and analyze key performance metrics KPIs such as website traffic conversion rates engagement and ROI using tools like Google Analytics SEMrush or similar Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights for optimization Social Media Management Manage and grow the company s social media presence by creating and curating content engaging with followers and running paid social media campaigns Email Marketing Design and execute email marketing campaigns A B test subject lines and content segment lists and analyze performance metrics SEO SEM Management Perform keyword research on-page and off-page SEO link building and technical SEO Manage paid search campaigns Google Ads and optimize for better performance and ROI Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams Work closely with the sales design and product teams to ensure alignment across all marketing efforts Stay Updated on Trends Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing search engine algorithms and social media marketing Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field preferred Proven experience 4 years in digital marketing preferably within Automobile industry e-commerce technology Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO SEM social media email marketing and content marketing Hands-on experience with Google Analytics Google Ads social media advertising tools e g Facebook Ads Manager and email marketing platforms e g MailChimp HubSpot etc Experience with CMS platforms WordPress Shopify etc and website analytics tools Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications Certification in Google Ads Google Analytics or other digital marketing tools Experience in video marketing and paid social media campaigns Familiarity with graphic design tools e g Canva Adobe Suite Knowledge of marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo For More details Contact R Kumaran-Recruitment Manager 91-7092352221 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Digital marketing 4 years Required Work Location In person
