Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.

  • Campaign Planning & Execution:
    • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies to target high-intent keywords and maintain high-quality scores on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
    • Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates to ensure optimal spending efficiency and maximize ROI.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization:
    • Analyze campaign performance using data insights from Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to implement full-funnel strategies for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
    • Regularly review bidding strategies and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analytics & Tracking:
    • Use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track campaign performance, user behavior, and event tracking.
    • Set up tags, triggers, and variables to ensure accurate conversion tracking.
  • Remarketing & Lead Nurturing:
    • Develop remarketing strategies on Meta Ads and Google Ads to re-engage existing leads.
    • Create segmented audience lists based on user behavior and funnel position.
  • Local SEO & Competitor Research:
    • Enhance local visibility by optimizing Google My Business listings and tracking their performance.
    • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends, keyword opportunities, and new campaign strategies.
  • Lead Quality & Funnel Optimization:
    • Monitor and analyze lead quality to ensure alignment with business goals.
    • Provide feedback to improve lead generation forms and landing pages.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead a team of marketing professionals, assigning tasks, setting performance goals, and fostering collaboration for successful campaign execution.
