Seeking a skilled Analytics Platform Designer to craft and scale next-generation analytics systems in the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lakehouse Design: Develop scalable Lakehouse solutions in Microsoft Fabric for data engineering, architecture, and analytics needs.
  • Data Pipeline Development: Build and optimize data pipelines, transformations, and storage using Dataflows, Pipelines, Spark, and Delta Lake.
  • Solution Architecture: Translate business requirements into technical designs and drive ingestion-to-insight workflows.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Establish CI/CD and IaC practices with Azure DevOps, ARM, or Terraform.
  • Data Governance: Ensure governance, security, and compliance through Purview integration.
  • Workload Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Fabric workloads.
Requirements:
  • Data Engineering Expertise: 8–12 years of experience in data engineering, architecture, or analytics.
  • Microsoft Fabric Proficiency: 2–3 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Programming Skills: Strong skills in SQL, Python, or PySpark.
  • Azure Services Knowledge: Solid experience with Microsoft Azure services.
  • IaC Tools Familiarity: Familiarity with IaC tools (ARM/Terraform) and data governance practices.
  • Nice to Have: Power BI, Azure Databricks, or ML/AI exposure.
Preferred Skills:
  • Lakehouse Understanding: Strong understanding of Lakehouse and unified analytics design.
  • Pipeline Development: Ability to build both batch and real-time pipelines.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communicator and collaborator.
  • Adaptability: Adaptive and proactive in fast-evolving tech landscapes.
