International Trade Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated International Trade Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring quality current accounts customers who are dealing in international trade.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify target markets and segments to ensure maximum growth and profitability.
  • Acquire quality current accounts customers by following all compliance and KYC norms.
  • Guide customers regarding rates and charges, commission, and activation of the first trade transaction.
  • Explore potential trade and FES products like forward contracts, LC BG BC, travel cards, and others.
  • Maintain high CA AMB values in customer accounts and generate asset leads.
  • Ensure smooth handover of customers to the branch operations team and educate them about cut-off times and SLAs.
  • Report competitor activities to ASMs and coordinate service delivery as per SLAs and TATs.
  • Achieve business income targets and retention of existing customers base.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate them to competent authorities for resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    Graduate or PG with 1-3 years of experience in trade FX and FES preferably in banking industry.
  • Skills:
    Excellent domain knowledge, sales skills, client behavior engagement, negotiation, communication, and result-oriented approach.
