Job Description:

The role holder is responsible for leading a team of Relationship managers in acquiring and providing support to clients in the high octane middle market segment, offering them an entire suite of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Provide support to clients in the high octane middle market segment
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and retention
