  • We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Extracts, Reporting, and Integrations.
  • The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud tools and hands-on experience in building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions to support global HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and support HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
  • Configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and other HCM modules.
  • Build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet reporting needs.
  • Support end-to-end HR functional flows (Hire → Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions.
  • Develop and manage HDL-based data loads with inbound/outbound integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM tools for business continuity.

Technical Skills:

  • BI Publisher (BIP): Custom reports, complex data models, bursting, and layouts.
  • OTBI (Oracle Transactional BI): Real-time dashboards & analytics.
  • HCM Extracts: Data exchange and HR/recruiting monitoring.
  • Fast Formulas: Build, debug, and maintain HR formulas.
  • HDL-Based Data Loads: Inbound/outbound integrations.
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): Automate and integrate HR processes.
  • Core HR: Configure and manage employee data.
  • ORC: Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
