Business Development Executive Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for lead generation, freelance platform management, client engagement, sales and marketing, and communication and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation through organic marketing campaigns.
- Identify and engage potential clients through various online channels and social media platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
Freelance Platform Management:
- Expertly navigate and bid on freelance platforms like Upwork, Guru, and others to secure new projects.
- Craft compelling proposals and pitches to attract and win new clients.
- Maintain and update profiles on freelance platforms to enhance visibility and credibility.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct follow-up communication to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Sales and Marketing:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
- Utilize SEO, content marketing, social media, and other digital marketing techniques to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Communication and Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to management on lead generation activities, sales performance, and market trends.
- Provide regular updates and feedback on client interactions and project statuses.
Requirements:
- You have at least 4 years of experience within a B2B Sales/Account Executive role, ideally within the Other Services industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of Sales, BDM, Bidding, and Upwork.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work of high standard.
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
