The Mission

As our first AI hire, you will design the master blueprint for our interconnected AI systems and build the core intelligence that powers our competitive advantage—the Data Flywheel. You will make foundational design decisions and build sophisticated AI engines that redefine an entire industry.

Your Role
  • A Visionary AI Systems Architect: Design, architect, and deploy production-grade machine learning systems from scratch with 5+ years of experience.
  • An Expert in Modern AI Stacks: Deep expertise with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.). Proficient in Python and its ML ecosystem (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
  • A Hands-On Architect: Write code to bring your architectural vision to life on cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
  • A Strategic, Systems-Level Thinker: Think in terms of scalable, resilient, and elegant systems.
