About the Role:

Designing Conversational Interfaces
  • Develop cutting-edge conversational AI systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Implement scalable, reliable, and latency-friendly LLM pipelines for real-world applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into various web, mobile, and avatar platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Conversational AI Engineering
  1. Architect human-like conversational flows aligned with business objectives.
  2. Continuously improve empathy, personalization, and contextual accuracy.
  3. Experiment with emerging architectures and multi-agent systems to stay ahead of trends in LLMs, NLP, and GenAI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Expertise in LLMs & Transformer Architectures
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks & APIs (Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG, OpenAI APIs).
  • Strong NLP foundations: embeddings, intent/entity recognition, sentiment/emotion analysis.
  • Proficiency in Python and one additional language (Java/C++).
