Strategic Leadership Development Expert

Our organization seeks a dynamic Senior Learning and Development Specialist to contribute to the design, coordination, and execution of enterprise-wide leadership learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative leadership programs tailored to diverse global audiences at varying levels.
  • Consult with stakeholders to determine performance gaps and establish performance outcome goals.
  • Design content and experiences that will develop skills and close behavioral gaps, leveraging a mix of instructional methods and technologies.
  • Curate learning and development solutions and facilitate content in an effort to reach desired performance outcomes.
  • Partner with management to ensure performance improves and is sustained as evidenced by data and success metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development or business administration.
  • 10 years of experience in learning and development with a strong focus on behavior and skill development, curriculum design, and global program development and delivery.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful leadership development experiences to a global executive audience.
  • Excellent understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, assessment strategies, and experiential curation techniques.
