Job Description

  • A senior project manager with a focus on delivery excellence is required to oversee complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • This role will entail defining project scope, executing tasks, and coordinating staffing to ensure timely delivery.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders and regular updates are essential for client satisfaction.
  • The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the delivery team to recommend and deliver best-in-class services.
  • Presentation of project statuses to executive teams and stakeholders is a key requirement.
  • Managing risks and issues while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction is critical to this role.
  • Coordinating across functional teams and ensuring high development team throughput are also key responsibilities.
  • Creating high-quality client deliverables, including executive level updates and meeting facilitation decks, is an expectation.
  • Demonstrating autonomy and sound judgment to ensure compliance with company policies and core values is essential.
  • Finally, creating an environment for growth and development of team competencies and expertise is a vital aspect of this role.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10-12 years of experience as a dedicated project manager for teams of 10+ members.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical, special pharmacy, patient services or related industries is essential.
  • Service Line: Pharma / Biotech; Patient Support Program is a key requirement.
  • Knowledge of drug development is crucial.
  • A self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision is expected.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, polished executive presence, and ability to influence C-suite client stakeholders are necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word; strong proficiency in Excel is a plus.
  • Working experience with European/USA clients is beneficial.
  • Advanced level of skills in Salesforce / Hubspot is required.
