Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Agile Delivery Lead to drive the delivery of our products and services. This key role will play a critical part in facilitating Program Increment (PI) planning, system demos, and Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies.

The successful candidate will partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define and prioritize features, identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks, and ensure alignment of delivery objectives across front-to-back functions.

This individual will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in Agile maturity across teams, promoting best practices in scaling frameworks such as SAFe. They will provide transparency into delivery status, metrics, and progress for senior stakeholders and support change and release management processes for highly complex and regulated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, system demos, and ART ceremonies
  • Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define and prioritize features
  • Identify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks
  • Ensure alignment of delivery objectives across front-to-back functions
  • Drive continuous improvement in Agile maturity across teams
  • Provide transparency into delivery status, metrics, and progress
  • Support change and release management processes for highly complex and regulated systems

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of IT experience with at least 3-5 years as a Release Train Engineer, Program Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead
  • Proven experience in running large-scale Agile Release Trains (SAFe or equivalent)
  • Exposure to highly critical financial systems (Murex experience strongly preferred, or similar trading/risk platforms)
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, program management, and scaled delivery practices
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
