Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead software development initiatives and drive successful project delivery from conception to deployment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in agile methodologies, technical project management, and cross-functional team leadership, with expertise in modern development tools and project management platforms.

  • End-to-end project management for software development initiatives and technical deliverables
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning
  • Coordinate activities across development, QA, DevOps, and design teams

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for complex technical projects
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery
  • Serve as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain project documentation, requirements, and technical specifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • 3+ years of project management experience in software development environments
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools and development platforms

Technical Skills:

  • Jira/Azure DevOps
  • Git and version control systems
  • CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent agile certification
