Software Delivery Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Software Delivery Lead to spearhead our software development initiatives. This role will serve as both Project Manager and Scrum Master, driving cross-functional teams towards project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Collaborate with distributed teams including Business Analysts, UI/Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Support to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews/Demos, and backlog grooming.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects under Fixed Price and Time & Material (T&M) engagement models, maintaining scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders, providing transparent status updates and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Promote software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across teams.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams by understanding high-level architecture and system design.
  • Leverage knowledge of Angular and Node.js to validate technical solutions, support decision-making, and unblock development teams.
